As the title suggests, I am having issues playing on phoenix worx through my university firewall. I attempt to join/some tries to join me, and it times out to directplay, or whatever it says exactly.
Now they will not open the ports, or atleast the fellow I talked to said they would not. At the helpdesk website (http://helpdesk.jwu.edu/stu_faqs_dow.htm) the nearly useless configurations they give seem to be only for games like dow that have their own ingame lobby and such which you reach after entering the game. As pheonix worx is a 3rd party program and boots up TA after you attempt to join, does anyone have any clue what I might do? I really want to play with my brother, as we haven't had a chance to really do much together.
