I have a problem with my PW user and I hope you can help me.
I'm trying to log in after over a year of inactivity and it looks like
many things have changed. I have to say that it seems I have fogotten
my password.
I cannot log in with my user (Hawkeye). When I try to reset my password I get the following error:
Your attempt to retrieve your password was not successful. Please try again.
When I try to log into the forums I have a similar problem. When I try
to reset the password I use this e-mail address which I think is the one I used when I registered first (I have to
admit I don't remember either), and I get this error:
User Password Change Failed
An error occurred while attempting to change your password. Please try again.
If I try to get a new account using the same e-mail it says that it is already used.
Well I hope you can help me to solve this issue, please. I can't waste all that time and training I got...
Maybe my old account is blocked and some good Adminstrator can unlock it.
