Sometimes it switches me from the Arm to nothing on PhoeniX WorX. I think I lose my wins and losses to for some reason. Please help.

like where it reserts what your allegiance (Arm or Core) is, your division (Navy or Air Force or Army), and your designated rank (Recruit or Ensign or Commander)

It always does this when the sector changes. You can have up to two records on each account, one for Arm and one for Core. When the sector changes, everyone is reset to Civilian, so they can either change to their other record, or back to the same. To get your record back, simply reselect your allegiance options in your profile. Your record is preserved in the background.
