Better late than never:
Could be a server error, but it's working for me now, and I'm sure you got it working too by now. Either way those links are supposed to work, and I can see no reason why they shouldn't work on specific browsers. If you clicked on the link, try right clicking instead and choose Save As. It shouldn't really make a difference, but one generally recommends that you do it this way anyway. =)
