    can't install client

I can't install client, no matter if it is autoupdate, small or large version. I'm getting an error message : "Error writing to file C:\Program Files\PhoeniX WorX\PhoeniX Client\update.exe". It happens in every directory and on both discs ( I have 2 separate hard discs)  What should I do?

try deleting all the files then download the small client or big which ever you want and also download the autoupdater only file  then run that.

if that doesnt work read this page under where it says

    "Windows Installer Update"

You don't need a reason to help people

Still the same problem :/      I copied installed files to other directory, before instaler has erased them, but then i get something like that "Acces violation at address 004F8A8E in module 'PhoenixClient.exe'. Read of address 00000028"   and "Registry Enteries Missing"    when trying to run PhoenixClient.exe        (btw, i have windows xp proffesional edition)

That'll happen when for example it's trying to use skin files that aren't present. Use the big installer if you're trying this.

On the actual issue, make sure you have write permissions on the install folder (usually, need administrator rights on the computer to be able to install programs).

    Re: can't install client

The same acces violation error with big client. I think that everything's ok at administrator rights - it happens only for update.exe, no matter what directory, but I'll try to reinstal windows tomorrow. Maybe that will help

I was right, it works now :D   Anyway, thx for help
