When Flash isn't installed, would it be possible for Phoenix website to simply use an ugly html sidebar but otherwise act as normal, instead of a blackout until Flash is installed?

There will definitely be a non-Flash website. I'd really like to work on the new version of the website soon actually. The main server seems to be more stable now and all the important features are implemented. Just need the time.
