PhoeniX WorX :: Community

I really need help. Everytime I try to play on Pheonix, it crashes. It shows an error box that is all black with some silver outlines, then the beginning scene of the arm troops as usual, then it waits a little and crashes. It does the same when I just click Multiplayer in the TA menu. I haven't fought anyone yet and I'm anxious to see how I can ...

My best friend plays TA also, well before I joined PhoeniX WorX, we tried to play on GameSpy Arcade, it wouldn't work (Battle.net is so much cooler than GSA!!!!!).  Well then we tried to find out a new way to play.  I got PhoeniX WorX.  I told him about it, he said he couldn't install it.  Anyone know how to fix his problem?
